Google has move on from the old school text ads to you guessed it correct video ads. yeah and not any video YOUTUBE Videos. this is what the big G had to say about there new YOUADS

To further blend the YouTube player into your site, you can also customize the color scheme and layout as well as choose from three different player sizes. ” Unfortunately you haveto wait a little longer before you get your hands on those juicy Video ads.
